Series 3: Al-Mn alloy

Features: Aluminum alloy with manganese as the main alloying element, can not be strengthened by heat treatment, good corrosion resistance, also known as rust-proof aluminum, good welding performance, good plasticity. The disadvantage is that the strength is low, but it can be strengthened by cold work hardening. It is easy to produce coarse grains during annealing.
Application: oil guide seamless tube (3003 alloy) used in aircraft, cans (3004 alloy).
