3003: It has the performance of 1xxx series alloy and has higher strength than 1xxxx series alloy, such as kitchenware, food and chemical products processing and storage devices, tanks and tanks for transporting liquid products, and various pressure vessels and pipelines for sheet metal processing.

4A01: High silicon content, heat resistance, wear resistance, construction materials, mechanical parts, forging materials, welding materials.

5052: The most representative alloy of medium strength (5083 is the highest), good corrosion resistance, solubility and formability, especially high fatigue strength, good seawater resistance, used in the manufacture of aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, as well as traffic vehicles, ships of sheet metal parts, instruments, street lamp brackets and rivets, hardware products.

6061: Heat treated corrosion resistant alloy. The T6 treatment has a very high endurance value, but the bonding interface strength is low, so it is suitable for screws, ships, vehicles, and land structures.

6N01: Medium strength extrusion alloy, can be used as a large thin meat profile with complex shape, corrosion resistance and solubility are good. Suitable for vehicles, land structures, ships.

6063: The representative extrusion alloy, the strength is lower than 6061, the extrusion is good, can be used as a complex section shape profile, corrosion resistance and surface treatment are good, suitable for building highway guardrail, vehicles, furniture, household appliances, decorations.

7072: low electrode potential, mainly used for anticorrosive covering material, also suitable for heat exchanger heat sink, air conditioner aluminum foil and ultra-thin strip.

7075: One of the highest strength alloys in aluminum alloys, but the corrosion resistance is not good, and the covering material of 7072 can improve its corrosion resistance, but the cost is increased. Suitable for aircraft, ski pole slab forging.

Examples of material selection:

Product requirements are relatively hard, the surface treatment is coarse brushed or coarse sand surface, choose 5000 series aluminum alloy, commonly used: 5052

Product surface treatment requirements are high, can not have sand holes, profile marks, choose to use 6000 series aluminum alloy, commonly used: 6063/6061

Product requirements are cheap, the need for tensile shape review, choose to use 2000 series pure aluminum, commonly used: 2011

Product high strength, high hardness, need to carry the structure, choose 7000 series aluminum alloy, commonly used :7075
