There are various connection methods of stainless steel pipes. These connection methods, according to its principle is different, its scope of application is also different, but most of them are easy to install, firm and reliable. The sealing ring or gasket material used in the connection is mostly selected in line with the requirements of national standards, such as silicone rubber, nitrile rubber and EPM rubber, so as to avoid the user's worries.

The clamping connection step:

1. Pipe breaking: cut off the pipe according to the required length. When breaking the pipe, do not force too much to prevent the pipe from losing its circle.

2. Remove burr: after the pipe is cut off, the burr should be removed clean to avoid cutting the sealing ring.

3, marking: in order to make the steel pipe completely inserted into the pipe socket, the insertion length must be marked and marked at the pipe end.

4. Assembly: the sealing ring should be properly installed in the U-shaped groove of the pipe fittings, and the pipe should be inserted into the socket of the pipe fittings and waiting for cripping.

5. Crimp: when crimp, the convex part of the pipe fittings is placed in the concave groove of the mold, and the clamp mouth is kept perpendicular to the pipe axis.

6, check: after the crimping is completed, use the special gauge to check the crimping size.
