Stainless steel rolls are mostly whole when they go out of the factory, mainly for convenient transportation; In the hands of our stainless steel processing factory, in order to facilitate processing and manufacturing, we will use professional stainless steel flattening equipment to open the whole volume of stainless steel. This process is called flattening.

In order to prevent the deformation of the cold rolling plate after flattening, it is best to lay the cold rolling plate flat, and a large number of them can be pressed together with the spacer plate. And pay attention to humidity, otherwise it will be deformed.

Of course, the cold rolling plate can also be placed on its feet, but it cannot be placed for too long, otherwise it will also be deformed, unless it is a cold rolling plate with a thickness of more than 2.0mm.
